Sylwia has over 20 years of extensive business experience, with a focus on executive search, leadership assessment, talent management and career advisory, as well as designing and delivering personal development and outplacement programs. Her professional career began in the area of recruitment for the private equity sector in Poland and Europe. In addition, for more than 10 years Sylwia co-founded a consulting company related to leadership assessment and leadership development. For the last 6 years she run her own company specializing in executive search, leadership advisory and leadership development. Throughout her career, Sylwia has been committed to supporting organizations and individuals in navigating challenges and achieving their full potential. Her strategic approach and deep understanding of leadership dynamics will be a valuable addition to the team. Her academic background is social psychology at the SWPS Warsaw University. This direction has been driven by her deep interest in people potential and human nature. Apart from her passion for business, Sylwia is committed to her personal life and two great sons that bring her a lot of joy and challenges on every day. She is a true enthusiast of skiing and good literature, movies in particular science fiction. She loves to travel and her favourite place is Italy.
