Alison Wotherspoon works with clients across sectors and geographies to help identify, recruit and develop top executive talent. Alison rejoined Russell Reynolds Associates from Lygon Group, a specialist board boutique. In that role, she worked across sectors on chairman, non-executive director and CEO searches. Previously, she was part of the Zygos Partnership during their acquisition by Russell Reynolds, and also held roles at Spencer Stuart. Alison holds a BA in English literature and linguistics from the University of Manchester.
