Lisanne is head of our HR Talent team in Amsterdam. From The Netherlands, she focuses on recruiting HR professionals from entry to management level, across the BeNeLux region. She began her career Frazer Jones in 2021, having spent six years’ in recruitment. Prior to this, Lisanne completed a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology. Having travelled around the world multiple times, she is used to working with people from all different backgrounds and can adjust her approach with ease. Lisanne prides herself on listening, understanding, and supporting candidates and clients in their search for a new job or a new employee, making sure everything is going as smoothly as possible.
