Steph Taylor

With 10+ years in recruitment across the UK and Australia, I’ve partnered with some of Australia’s most loved brands and fast-paced industries, starting in healthcare and then diving into the dynamic world of Marketing. I’m all about honest, authentic connections, building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates who often become repeat business (and friends). My people-first approach allows me to truly understand what motivates individuals and what drives business success.

Originally from Leeds and now Melbourne-based, I specialise in Marketing recruitment across both digital and traditional roles, from brand and campaign to SEO and Automation. Whether it’s junior talent or senior leadership, I’ve got the network and know-how to find the perfect match. Outside work, you’ll find me beach walking with a coffee (Melbourne wins, no contest!) or chasing sunshine and new cultures wherever I can. That same curiosity and energy fuels everything I do.
