Brian Schwartz holds more than a decade of experience in senior-level executive search and advisory, bringing transformational talent to high-growth companies and providing expert perspective in human capital.

As Managing Director, Executive Search at The Elliot Group, Brian leads the Executive Search Team, oversees active engagements, and spearheads constant evolution of Elliot’s cornerstone executive search process. Brian believes the use of technology and data analytics, along with insights and expertise, lead to the best results when looking to advance people and brands.

Brian joined The Elliot Group as a Search Consultant and then became Vice President. During that tenure he worked C-level and Board-level assignments within the hospitality and consumer sectors. He is a specialist in executive leadership roles within private equity, venture capital, and family office portfolio companies.

Respected as an industry thought-leader, Brian has been featured in Eater and Nation’s Restaurant News and has spoken at numerous conferences. Prior to joining Elliot, Brian worked as a Value Engineer at one of the largest manufacturers of fabricated commercial foodservice and institutional equipment.

He is a graduate of the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware.

Brian serves as an advisor to a New York-based educational non-profit focused on teaching youth the benefits of entrepreneurism and business acumen. He resides outside New York City with his family.
