She has worked with top firms in various roles focused on research, candidate development, recruiting and client service. Pamela’s diverse experience has been very successful, having been recognized as a top recruiter and performer multiple years while at a large international firm, and was equally successful in a start-up boutique firm for over 4 years. Her relationship building skills and consultative approach keep her connected, and able to navigate the most difficult markets to find talent. Pamela supports her local community as a co-chair with her husband for the New Jersey Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics. It’s part of a national event to raise funds so children with special needs can participate in sporting events.
