Katja Stilz has been a co-founder and managing partner of Alto Consultants GmbH since its inception in 1999. In addition to her consulting work with a focus on management diagnostics and management development as well as coaching, she is a professor in the business psychology program at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences. She previously laid the foundation for her professional experience as a specialist and long-time manager in the field of management selection and development at a DAX-listed telecommunications company. There, she had the opportunity to both play a key role in shaping group-wide standards and processes and to establish and manage internal operational service centers for management diagnostics and development. Her professional passion for accompanying and supporting corporate and individual change processes developed during her psychology studies and has grown steadily since then. Her particular interest lies in the personal drivers of entrepreneurial success, which she was able to explore in greater depth during her doctoral studies.
