Merging 15+ years of Wall Street and boutique search experience with her long-held passion for conservation, Jennifer is excited to build teams for some of the most innovative companies in sustainability. Having worked for the world’s leading buy side firms, Jennifer brings a high-touch, results-oriented approach to her clients. Earlier in her career, Jennifer spent more than ten years in private equity, venture capital and technology search, developing the skills to efficiently build customized recruiting strategies for high-profile clients across the globe. After graduating from the honors program at UNC-Chapel Hill, Jennifer began her career at Greenhill, a mergers and acquisitions boutique, as an investment banking analyst. That was followed by two years as a private equity associate at Charterhouse, a middle-market private equity firm, before going to Columbia Business School and graduating in 2006.
