With more than nine years´ experience as an IT Recruiter, Luci’s expertise is on candidate searching and personality assessment utilizing the technical training she received during her Psychology Bachelor’s degree and her Master’s Degree in Organizational People Management. She also leverages her expertise in industries, such as information technology (government and private organisations), finance, and executive recruitment.
