Zoe is a Director, who has specialised in both In-house and Private Practice recruitment. Zoe started her career with CKG in Asia, where she successfully placed a variety of team and individual hires into Private Practice across the Asia Pacific region. This involved assisting with setting up offices for International Law firms and moving numerous Partners on both the contentious and non-contentious side including Managing Partner hires. Having relocated to London, she joined the In-House Legal team, recruiting lawyers and compliance professionals (all levels – Legal Counsel through to General Counsel) across EMEA. With specific industry sector experience namely, IT, Telecommunications, Media, Retail and Financial and Professional Services, she has a proven track record of success. Working closely with our clients, Zoe provided intelligence and advice on current market trends to ensure successful recruitment strategies and processes. Zoe has now re-joined our global Private Practice team. Based in London she manages both Senior and Junior recruitment searches across Europe. In her 10+ years career, Zoe has completed searches in London, Amsterdam, France, Germany, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore and China.
