Dick’s earlier experience includes two roles as chief executive officer for private equity-backed companies in the building materials sector. He is a Non-Executive Director of two private equity-backed, international manufacturing companies. Earlier corporate roles include President of the Renewal by Andersen division of Andersen Corporation, Executive Vice-President and General Manager of Midas International. He also held international and domestic leadership roles at the Automotive and JI Case divisions of Tenneco, and brand marketing roles with Pepsi Bottling and Wilson Sporting Goods. Dick has lived in Europe and North America. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a degree in Government.
