Armed with a degree in business studies, I transitioned into the recruitment industry right after completing my academic journey in 2018. Over the subsequent six years, I have honed my expertise across various disciplines, specialising in supply chain, engineering, and human resources (HR). Throughout my journey in recruitment, I have discovered a natural inclination towards human resources recruitment. My affinity for this sector is underpinned by a profound appreciation of the pivotal role HR professionals play in shaping a company's operational dynamics and influencing its standing in the market.
