He leads retained searches across CMC & Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and C-Suite functions, partnering with VC-backed and publicly traded biopharma companies to place transformational leaders from Director level through the Boardroom. Mike joined Prestige Scientific after founding and leading his own successful search firm for 16 years. Originally from Massachusetts, he’s known for his deep industry knowledge, long-term approach to partnerships, and ability to connect companies with leaders who drive innovation and value creation. Outside of search, Mike enjoys life in Charleston with his wife and two young children.
