With a Master's degree in HR & Employment Law, Frédéric began his career in recruitment in 1997. After a stint within the Michael Page group as Consultant then Manager, Frédéric joined Bombardier Transport as Head of the Recruitment and Career Management Department, in particular in charge of populations of Engineers and executives on a European scope (France, UK, Benelux , Germany, Czech Republic…). He then joined Arvato Services (B2B Services Provision Division of the Bertelsmann group) as Deputy HR Director for France then HR Director for subsidiaries. After this experience with a strong social relations connotation and support for change, he decided to embark on entrepreneurship and founded MacAnders in 2004.
