Ani is Country Manager and Managing Partner of Horton International in Finland. Ani joined Horton International in 2007 as a Managing Partner and has some 20 years of executive search and recruitment experience.
She has focused her search career in Consumer Goods and Retail, Media, Services, ICT and High Tech. She is specialized in recruitments with businesses in the midst of digitalization challenges and becoming truly customer centric. She believes in diversity when building successful management teams. Besides long experience in executive search she has also experience in assessment and management consulting, sales and key account management as well as acting as a Customer Director in Management team. Ani holds a Master of Science in Psychology from University of Helsinki and Master of Education from Northern Illinois University, USA.
