With more than 10 years of experience in the Recruitment and Executive Search industry, Elizabeth has contributed significantly to the successful placements of many leadership roles at regional and global levels into fortune 500, multi-national companies, large conglomerate and privately held organisations.

Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Elizabeth worked at Korn / Ferry International, Kincannon & Reed and Oppeus International. Her industry coverage includes industrial, technology, fintech, financial services, start-ups, agri-business, specialty chemicals, oil & gas, renewable energy, FMCG, and retail across the Asia Pacific region.

Before her career in search, Elizabeth was in the creative industry for five years, providing corporate marketing and branding services to clients.

Elizabeth graduated from the Curtin University of Technology, Australia with a BA in Multimedia Design. Elizabeth is bilingual and fluent in English and Mandarin.
