Before joining Sheer Velocity, Jonathan worked at Korn Ferry, an Executive Recruiting firm specializing in assisting Fortune 500 companies with their executive search talent needs. He also founded his own business specializing in recruitment across the southwest, enhancing his skills as a polished retained search consultant. Jonathan has also held leadership Human Resource roles with large multinational corporations. He was the Global Head of Human Resources for Pharmaceutical and Vision Care Manufacturing and Technical Operations for Alcon, Inc., a Fort Worth-based pharmaceutical and medical device company specializing in Eye Care. Jonathan has also led the HR function for global manufacturing sites across North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Before Alcon, Jonathan spent over twenty years leading the HR functions for companies such as Toyota, Allergan, and Ingredion. Jonathan spent fifteen years living and working in Asia in the markets of Africa, China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, where he helped companies’ start-up sales and manufacturing operations regionally. Jonathan is also an adjunct professor of Global Business at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He earned his MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Business, and a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. In addition to English, Jonathan speaks Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
