Patrick brings over eight years of executive recruitment experience to his role as an Executive Director with Arrow Search Partners. He graduated in 2013 from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business with a degree in Accounting. He began recruiting in the accounting and finance space shortly after graduation and has gained valuable experience across a wide array of industries throughout his career. Patrick is gregarious and thoroughly enjoys getting to know his candidates. He is dedicated to developing strong professional relationships with both candidates and clients to make sure he is setting each up for future success.
