He is an unconventional executive search professional with an in-depth experience in recruitment of senior management on Regional, Board and C-levels. Michał has a special focus on Finance & Human Resources roles across all sectors with a strong footprint in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Retail and Manufacturing areas, as well as in Private Equity enterprises. Previously, during his time in Michael Page, Michał led the Finance and Banking teams and was responsible for the establishment of the Human & Resources division at PageGroup Poland. He is native in Polish and fluent in English.
