Susanne studied Business Administration at the Christian University of Applied Sciences in Ede. During her education she already gained experience through various internships at ING and the Ministry of Finance. In the training and these internships the emphasis was on the processes in an organization. Curious about the human aspect of these processes, Susanne started her graduation project at African Clean Energy. There she developed a training program, which she continued to implement after her internship. Important aspects were international cooperation and commitment to colleagues, among other things by creating new development opportunities. During these work and internship experiences, she proved capable of translating the organization's demands into a practical approach with an eye for the various interests. She is solution-oriented and finds it important to involve others in this. She is naturally curious and wants to understand the whole story by connecting with people around her. She's not afraid to try something new – after all, that's when you learn. With her business and analytical view, she makes a valuable contribution within Hoek Consultants to the development of professionals and organizations in the field of Executive Search and Interim Management.
