Randi Alberry

Biography
Randi joined Isaacson, Miller in 2014. She works almost exclusively within the academic health sciences, having recruited for presidents; deans of medicine, nursing, and public health; and chairs across a wide array of clinical and research departments. Notable placements include the President of Rush University; the Dean of the Yale School of Medicine; the Senior Vice Chancellor of Health Sciences/Dean of the School of Medicine, as well as the Dean of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh; and the Deans of Nursing at Rush, University of Missouri, Texas A&M, and Case Western Reserve University. Randi also works on recruiting for a variety of roles across higher education, including CFOs, provosts, and senior officers in functional areas such as technology transfer, research, and compliance. Randi previously worked at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she supported more than 20 professional development institutes and workshops for K-12 and higher education, administrators, educators, and policymakers. Other experience includes work with the Rollins College Office of Foundation Relations, Brandeis University's office of admissions, and the U.S. House of Representatives. A member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling, Randi helps high school students navigate the college application process in her spare time.
