Helene is a Senior Consultant in the industry team where she recruits managers and senior specialists for manufacturing companies in development and change phases with a focus on manufacturing industry, technology companies and B2B services. She is also responsible for Novare's female leadership network. Helene has worked with management recruitment for a long time and has experience from, among others, Dufwa Leadership, Acconia, Proximo and Talentia. Helene has a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Master of Social Work from Lund University and is Level 1 qualified in Psychotherapy.
