Susan has a strong track record in executive search across Europe, the U.S., Latin America, Africa, and Asia Pacific, and has lived and worked in London, New York, Seattle, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Susan started her career in investment banking and her initial executive search focus was in the financial services industry. She now conducts searches across multiple industry sectors in corporate communications, media relations, investor relations and government relations. As a business leader, Susan was instrumental in turning around, developing, and building several executive search practices, training, and coaching both individuals and teams. As a consultant and advisor, she has facilitated the career advancement of executives at all levels. She thoroughly enjoys helping people to develop and find balance in their lives, recognizing how challenging this is for different individuals and at different times in their lives. Her passion for helping others led her to qualify and practice as a Newfield Network certified ontological coach. Susan is a graduate of Swansea University with a bachelor’s degree in German and Business. She speaks conversational French, German and Mandarin but sadly remembers only a few words of the Italian and Japanese she learned and almost no Russian! Aside from perfecting the art of moving and learning about different cultures, languages and cuisines, Susan loves longs walks with friends and with her dogs, gardening, reading, and dining and traveling with family and friends, especially her two daughters.
