I am a Partner for Norman Broadbent Group and lead the global Chemicals practice. My career spans 19 years in executive search, interim management, talent management (talent mapping, competitor analysis and talent pipelining) and leadership assessment/development. During this time, I have worked in Chemicals, Energy, Healthcare, Infrastructure Manufacturing and Transportation. However, I have had a specialist focus on the Chemicals sector since 2014. My extensive experience includes delivering search and consultancy projects for Chemical Distributors, Manufacturers and Refineries across Asia, Europe and North America. During this period, I have provided board-level strategic hires into companies ranging from privately owned single-site companies to international multi-million turnover businesses. I also have a keen understanding of psychometric testing and the interpretation and analysis of psychometric results. I am a fully trained Saville Wave Behaviour Assessment Practitioner and a Thomas International Practitioner for Personality Profile Analysis.
