Hi, I'm Leasha! I began my academic journey studying Applied Law, an Extended Diploma in Criminology, and BTEC Health and Social Care at college between 2020 and 2022. After two years at college, I pursued a Business Administration apprenticeship at a healthcare agency, where I gained invaluable experience and acquired a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. During my time at the healthcare agency, I was responsible for recruiting within the healthcare sector, for roles such as Counsellors, Occupational Health Specialists and directorship positions. This experience solidified my passion for recruitment and led me to Spencer Clarke Group. At Spencer Clarke Group, I'm responsible for recruiting within the healthcare sector, connecting Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, Consultants, and Speciality Doctors with the NHS and private healthcare organisations, nationwide. I love working within healthcare recruitment as it gives me the opportunity to speak to new people every day, building meaningful relationships with both candidates and clients.
