Sturdivant Marrs has more than 12 years of experience in executive search and is known for her exceptional service and intuition. She has the innate ability to understand an organization’s unique cultures and thrives on helping companies build their greatest asset – their people. Her experience spans many industries and functions of recruiting and she uses her firm understanding of the industry and hiring strategies to assist clients in finding the best candidate. Her area of expertise is consulting with senior executives on a myriad of topics including broad growth initiatives, recruiting tactics, compensation recommendations, talent assessments and OD strategies as well as crafting the right profile to fill a critical position. Prior to joining Pinnacle Search Partners, Sturdivant was the Founder and Managing Director of Parker Oliver Executive Search. Prior to that, she served as Director of Purchasing for Imagine It! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta. She is passionate about the youth community and served five years as a volunteer leader with Young Life in Atlanta mentoring high school girls. Sturdivant graduated from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business with an emphasis in Retailing/Merchandising. Sturdivant and her husband James live in Austin, Texas with their son, Patrick, and Labrador Retriever, Millie.
