Pamela Salling, a director on our In-House Counsel Recruiting team, is focused on identifying highly qualified general counsel, senior-level attorneys and compliance professionals for a broad range of global, national and regional companies. When working with corporate clients, Pamela values a consultative approach and takes the time to understand each clients' unique needs, cultures and dynamics. When she is not working to build legal dream teams, Pamela enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff, an in-house attorney for Novartis, and their two children, Francie Joy (17) and Hunter (4). Pamela's passion projects include supporting foster care (foster/adopt mom, CASA), rare disease research (The Wolverine Foundation), foreign exchange (ICEE host parent) and various Autism charities.
