She has over ten years’ experience in global executive search and brings complementary industry experience at Monadelphous, a leading ASX-listed engineering group, as a senior HR professional. She brings broad national and international experience to the Perth office from her time with Russell Reynolds Associates in Melbourne, and Korn Ferry in Dubai. During this time, she has worked extensively with Boards, CEOs and senior executives supporting their talent management needs for multinationals, conglomerates, start-up operations and PE/Investment firms. She began her career with a boutique executive search firm in Perth. Jana holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia.
