John is based in Los Angeles and joined Hanover in 2021 to support the Executive Search function. Prior to Hanover, he worked for over 18 years at a boutique executive search firm, where he helped clients across a wide variety of industries find top talent for their accounting, finance, operations, IT, and HR functions. Originally from Western New York, John graduated from Cornell University with his degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. Outside of work, he keeps busy by coaching youth sports, taking on various home improvement projects, and hiking with his wife and kids.
