Richard is the Head of our Quantitative Trading and Data Science Practice. Based in Dublin, he works closely with a handful of leading Hedge Funds, Proprietary Trading Firms, and Private Equity Firms. Richard is trusted for his deep knowledge of the talent pool and hiring landscape across a wide variety of key investment-related Quant and Data functions. Richard's expertise and consultative approach ensure he is relied on by clients and candidates alike.

Richard joined HW Anderson in 2015 following the completion of his Master’s Degree in Management Consultancy at UCD Michael Smurfit Business School, prior to which he studied Business at Trinity College, Dublin. After beginning his career in Edinburgh, Richard moved to Dublin and established HW Anderson’s EU Office.
