Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Gonzalez was the Partner in charge of Financial Services at a Spanish boutique dedicated to talent management and talent acquisition. She started her career in the executive search industry at a Global Search Firm, where she worked initially in Madrid and later in the London office, conducting some of the most relevant search mandates in the European financial services industry.

Before moving into the talent management industry, Ms. Gonzalez worked for two leading financial institutions in the UK; Deutsche Bank and at The Royal Bank of Scotland, where she was an Associate within the Pension Fund Business.

Ms. Gonzalez has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Universidad de la Coruña and MSc in International Finance and Accounting from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh (UK). Loreto is a Lecturer of the Executive Masters in Finance at Instituto de Empresa Business School (I.E.).

She is fluent in English and Spanish.
