Anisha is a Principal in the UK & Ireland Total Rewards advisory practice. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Anisha has worked at Aon’s executive reward practice and most recently as a Manager in EY’s Strategic Reward Advisory team, working on a variety of broad-based reward, executive reward, and benefits projects. With experience in both broad-based and executive reward, Anisha has led on a number of reward projects including reward strategy, annual bonus & LTI design, benchmarking, gender pay gap reviews, and Remuneration Committee support. With extensive consulting experience, Anisha is skilled at understanding client needs in the total rewards space to help find the best solutions and build relationships with key stakeholders. Anisha has a BSc (Hons) in Discrete Mathematics from University of Warwick.
