Lauren is a senior associate in the People, Talent & Legal practice. Prior to True, Lauren spent eight years working in undergraduate admissions for both Boston College and Fairfield University (her alma mater). Before that, she spent three years as an educator with the Walt Disney Company's Animals, Science and Environment team. Lauren completed a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a Master of Arts in communication at Fairfield University.
