Based in London, Liv is a principal within our Technology and Private Equity Practices, specialised in board and c-suite searches for private equity-backed, private, and public companies. With a strong background in functional technology hiring, she has led a number of CTO, CIO, and CPO searches across sector, specifically in the software and payments spaces, partnering with clients to lead end-to-end execution of key assignments, and appointing the best transformational leaders into their businesses. She believes that the cornerstone of every client and candidate relationship is transparency and partnership. Before joining Acertitude, Liv was a researcher at global executive search and leadership consultancy Russell Reynolds. There, she focused on a range of senior leadership roles, including technology officers, commercial officers, digital, and consulting leaders. She was previously a managing consultant with a boutique search firm, focused on finding top strategy and transformation talent, predominantly with a strategy consulting background, for portfolio companies. Liv has a B.A. in geography from Newcastle University. Liv lives in London, but frequents the countryside to visit family and spend time with friends. Fond of exploring London’s local scene, Liv and her husband can be found walking their dog around the parks and hunting for new restaurants on the weekends. A frequent traveler, she enjoys spending a lot of quality time in South Africa.
