Irina Perova is a Senior Managing Consultant at Delta Executive Search, with over 15 years of experience in EMEA Executive Search Since December 2021, Irina has taken on the role of Partner, being the first member of the team to be promoted into the seat outside of the Founding Directors, further driving business growth and strengthening our global coverage She specializes in servicing Wealth Management/Private Banking and Family Office clients, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks as well as clients in the Private Equity and Fixed Income space with a particular focus on Israel, Western Europe as well as CEE and Russia/CIS historically Her in-depth knowledge of these markets and products enables her to find the right solutions for our clients even in the most challenging of searches Irina holds an MSc in Marketing & Strategy and a BSc in Management from Warwick Business School and is a native Russian speaker Irina enjoys painting and long nature walks with her family
