Andrew is a qualified lawyer, trained at a City Firm specialising in corporate M&A before moving in-house to the tech sector. He joined a legal headhunting startup in 2017, helping private practice lawyers to move into roles across tech, fintech and retail. Clients that he has successfully placed candidates with include TikTok, Juul, UniBet, what3words, Elvie and Nested. He joined 360Leaders in January 2020.
