Martyn heads up Totum’s specialist finance and accounts division.

He works across senior level finance recruitment at c-suite, director and ‘head of’ level. Recent successfully completed assignments include CFO, CFOO, Finance Director, Pricing Director, Head of Finance, Head of Partnership Tax, Head of Business Intelligence as well as senior commercial finance roles.

Martyn brings to Totum 20 years’ recruitment experience in professional services. Since 2010, he has focused on senior finance roles in the legal and broader professional services sector, working across all sizes of law firm from magic circle to boutique operations and also accountancy practices, management consultancies and recruitment businesses.

He sees the sector as experiencing more change now than ever before. As firms continue to face both internal and external pressures, Martyn has the experience to help build finance teams that deliver positive change and drive sustained growth.

As a specialist, Martyn is immersed in professional services finance. He has a deep understanding of the market context for financial decision-making and the insights and extensive network to source the right commercially-minded finance professionals to meet each client’s unique business needs.
