I am an experienced research and strategy consultant, delivering practical, purposeful insights that reach the heart of the issue for organisations with a social purpose. With a background as an employment solicitor, I am attuned to understanding workplace dynamics and cultures. I have also held advisory, non-executive director, management and leadership (to Interim Director) roles for a range of social justice organisations. I draw on these experiences to support clients through governance, culture and workforce changes. Establishing myself as a trusted outsider-insider, in my strategic and evaluative work, I capture insights less accessible to those immersed in the day-to-day of a project or culture. As a research consultant, I have several years’ experience co-producing social impact work with marginalised groups.
