With over 18 years’ experience in recruitment and having held a number of senior international roles, Will brings a wealth of sector knowledge, strategic insight and financial leadership to Green Park’s Board in his role as Chief Financial Officer. He has a demonstrable track record of driving profitable growth (locally and internationally), acquisitions, business turnarounds, providing decision support across all levels of an organisation, working capital management, fund raising and continually improving management information systems and processes. He is experienced in the management of large multi-functional finance teams, as well as 'hands on' small entrepreneurial environments, and is a strong believer in the coaching and development of staff. Will’s career spans Corporate (Listed), Owner Managed, Private Equity and Investor environments. Prior to joining Green Park, Will held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer at executive search firm Norman Broadbent PLC. Will has previously worked in other senior finance positions such as: Group Chief Financial Officer at specialist recruitment agency Proco Global Group and Chief Financial Officer at Locum Staffing, as well as working as an Interim Finance Consultant. Will began his career at Ernst & Young LLP, where he spent seven years before moving into recruitment and commercial finance. Will qualified as a chartered accountant after graduating from the University of Waikato in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Management Studies.
