Evan Crafts is an Associate and member of the Public Compensation team and is based in Ferguson Partners’ Chicago office. He conducts compensation benchmarking analyses for a wide range of public and private real estate firms and helps design incentive programs for clients in addition to gathering, examining, and maintaining data on hundreds of firms in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Ferguson, Evan was a student at Indiana University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Guitar from the Jacobs School of Music.
