As a founder of True, Pat draws on more than 15 years of experience in executive recruitment for venture capital and private equity-backed companies. He has deep experience building executive teams for market leaders in the B2B, SaaS and cloud sectors. Previously, Pat was part of the early team at IronHill Partners, a growth capital-focused retained search firm that he helped grow into a nationally recognized brand. Five years after its founding, IronHill was successfully acquired by publicly traded executive search firm, Heidrick & Struggles in 2008. Pat spent his early career in sales management roles for venture capital-backed startups such as Paytrust.com (acquired by Metavante) and LogicWorks (acquired by CA Technologies). Pat lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
