Douglas Peterson joined Leathwaite in 2021 as an Associate in the New York Office. Prior to Executive Search, Douglas spent his early career at United Entertainment Group within their Experiential Marketing team and as a Global Mentor and Talent Acquisition lead with ESM Prep, an education consulting firm based in San Francisco with an additionally strong presence in the U.K. Douglas graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 2014, with a B.A. in Film (Honours) & Religion (Honours).
