Rachel Feder has been consistently recognized as one of New York City's top recruiters over the past two decades. Rachel's success is a result of the long-lasting relationships she builds with her clientele across industries, with a specialty in the alternative investment, asset management, brokerage, and banking arenas. Rachel co-launched Northbound Executive Search in 2010 and has specialized in recruiting mid to c-level executives for a range of clients across the metro NY area. Early on in her career, Rachel was an auditor at EY and an Accountant in the fixed income division at Deutsche Bank. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University at Albany where she graduated with honors and earned her CPA in the State of New York. Rachel enjoys traveling, cooking, skiing, and spending time with her husband and two wonderful children.
