Constantin has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on strategic human resource management. He gained his first professional experience in the executive search industry within a Career Excellence network. Before founding THRONSBERG, Constantin worked for a leading international headhunting company with a focus on private equity. In his previous position, he successfully helped to set up the Frankfurt office and established a strong network within the private capital industry. At the weekend you can find Constantin exploring museums and architecture in the style of European historicism. Constantin is also a committed conservationist and passionate hunter.
