Constantin Theodor Trapp

Constantin is the founder and managing partner at THRONSBERG and your first point of contact for recruiting professionals in the private capital sector. He is responsible for expanding our excellent network with candidates and customers, strengthening existing relationships and increasing the awareness of our company.

Constantin has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on strategic human resource management. He gained his first professional experience in the executive search industry within a Career Excellence network. Before founding THRONSBERG, Constantin worked for a leading international headhunting company with a focus on private equity. In his previous position, he successfully helped to set up the Frankfurt office and established a strong network within the private capital industry.

At the weekend you can find Constantin exploring museums and architecture in the style of European historicism. Constantin is also a committed conservationist and passionate hunter.
