Matt has been part of the Mosaic team since June 2010, after spending the previous seven years working in other areas of recruitment. Matt currently heads up the Outsourcing/BPO desk, which has a strong focus on the EMEA contact centre arena. Matt’s ability to build relationships at senior level has helped him build an exclusive network of professionals within his specialist sector, and to deliver for his clients on many of his assignments to date. With a personal affection for most sports, Matt is a season ticket holder at Manchester United FC, and having Cheltenham’s beautiful racecourse on his doorstep has fuelled his passion for horse racing.
