Paolo is a Director in Green Park’s Private Sector Practice, focusing on the placement of Interim Change Management and Transformation experts. Previously, Paolo was the Director for a niche recruitment company specialising in the resourcing of local Interim Organisational Change and Transformation Executives for projects and programmes across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and in particular the US. He spent over 11 years working there prior to joining Green Park, working with a variety of large international Corporations across the Private Sector.
