Human Resources professional with 25 years of experience in the development and management of projects, for the different sectors of national and international companies.

Her expertise and experience is mainly in the design and implementation of people management projects, with deep knowledge on the focus and needs of clients, their strategies, structures and operations.

She has worked for clients from different sectors such as retail, banking, pharma, IT, logistics. She currently manages the implementation of our Artificial Intelligence tool applied to the different talent management systems, such as employee health, mobility, digital and cultural transformation, etc …

Graduated in Industrial Psychology from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Master in Human Resources (ICADE), certified Vital Smart trainer and Kanban Coach she currently directs the Artificial Intelligence and Consulting Area.
