Biography
Megan Berlinger, a Managing Director on the Healthcare & Life Sciences team at Solomon Page, specializes in consulting and leading senior-level retained executive searches. Her expertise spans health systems, Schools of Medicine and Dentistry, AAMC Institutions, and large medical groups.
With 16 years of experience in healthcare leadership, Megan spent 14 years at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, where she held key administrative roles, including Heart & Vascular Service Line Administrator and Department Administrator. She began her career with an Administrative Fellowship at Johns Hopkins Medicine.
She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Certified in executive coaching, she also serves as an adjunct professor at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
Megan has been actively involved in national healthcare administration circles, serving as President of the Association of Academic Surgical Administrators (AASA), Editorial Advisor for Cardiovascular Business Magazine, and Membership Director for TechPACT.
Megan resides in Winston-Salem, NC, where she is deeply involved in her community, serving on the board of Westlawn School and previously as Board Chair for the local YMCA. In her free time, she enjoys supporting her two daughters’ activities and cheering on the Carolina Tar Heels.
