Natalie holds a BA in Politics and Spanish from the University of Bristol. She began her career in executive search focused exclusively on the mining industry, where she conducted site-based and corporate searches across Europe, Africa, North America, and South America. Additionally, she has worked on pre-investment due diligence projects for resource funds. Her experience in the mining sector cultivated a specific focus on ESG topics and Sustainability. At Greco, she is eager to expand upon this area in a dynamic and impactful manner. Furthermore, Natalie is motivated to develop extensive networks across the private equity industry and is passionate about finding the best candidates for our clients.
